A num­ber of hard-work­ing fa­thers were af­ford­ed the lux­u­ry of sit­ting back and en­joy­ing a sooth­ing and ro­man­tic evening with their spe­cial some­one at the Na­pari­ma Bowl on Mon­day. The Je­unes Agape Youth Choir host­ed its first Fa­ther's Day con­cert en­ti­tled, With Dads in Mind, a trib­ute to ded­i­cat­ed dads around the coun­try. Many pa­trons were seen snug­gling to­geth­er in the cold the­atre while the tal­ent­ed youths ren­dered a num­ber of soul­ful per­for­mances.

With a sweet, melo­di­ous voice, Cindy An­drews brought the house down when she sang Ni­na Si­mone's Feel­ing Good and had the au­di­ence scream­ing with ap­pre­ci­a­tion. Adding to the mag­ic on the evening, Rachel Sover­all's de­liv­ery of Et­ta James' At Last saw cou­ples in the au­di­ence get­ting clos­er to each oth­er. Pa­trons were al­so treat­ed to a num­ber of dance pieces and oth­er artis­tic ex­pres­sions.
