The International Caribbean Business Fair 2011 opens on November 10 at the Centre of Excellence, Macoya, and runs for four days, until November 13, from 9 am to 8 pm.Along with more than 200 booth exhibitors, attendees of the Expo will get an extensive taste of Trinidad & Tobago's culture. The event, which is free to the public, will provide visitors with a daily showcase of entertainment.
"Entertainers should look at themselves as businessmen and women too," said Arts and Multiculturalism Minister Winston "Gypsy" Peters at the recent media launch of the 2011 T&T Business Expo, which was held at the Ministry of Trade and Industry conference room, Nicholas Towers, Port-of-Spain.
Minister Peters stressed the importance of entertainers becoming more focused on the business aspect of their craft.A wide variety of companies displaying their wares and services will be joined by several government ministries, which are to be represented at the Expo.
