This can now be done from their cellphones or personal devices/computers using a simple website. This service is being provided as part of the company’s enhanced value offer to customers especially within the current COVID changes.

By a few simple clicks, our customers can now track their product, giving them a visual of the delivery truck’s location. We are using innovation and CEMEX global experience to continue adding value to our customers.”

Currently the tool has been implemented for cement customers and it is expected that concrete customers will be able to track their delivery as early as January 2021.”

Trinidad Cement Limited’s (TCL) said its commitment is to continuous improvement and redefining how value is delivered to clients, is evidenced by our innovative solutions and world class practices.
