Thirteen men linked by authorities to organised crime, gang violence, firearms and narcotics trafficking and stolen-vehicle operations have been placed under Preventive Detention Orders (PDOs) during the State of Emergency (SoE).
The orders, issued by Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander between April and August, allege the men were involved in serious criminal activity, with several accused of planning further violence.
Stefan Alexander was ordered detained on August 17. He was identified by authorities as a member of the ATB Gang, as a “stasher and enforcer” with access to firearms, ammunition and illegal narcotics.
Shorn Stephon Alexander, also known as “Sani”, “Sant”, “Sanny” and “Saney,” was ordered detained on August 10.
Authorities identify him as leader of the G Street Gang, a faction of the R Gang, and allege the group is involved in firearms and ammunition trafficking, narcotics trafficking, kidnapping and violent intimidation.
He is also linked to a recent kidnapping, a conspiracy to murder and the acquisition of illegal firearms.
Ronnie Marshall, also known as “Ronnie Clifford Marshall,” was ordered detained on August 15. Authorities describe him as a shooter for hire operating with criminal factions in the Santa Cruz, northeastern and southern divisions. He is accused of procuring, transporting, distributing and selling firearms and ammunition and is linked by intelligence to shootings, woundings and contract shootings.
Two men were detained over alleged links to the La Puerta gang. Jamal Marcud Rochard, also known as “Moo Moo,” and Anthony Bonaparte, also known as “Craig,” are both identified as shooters for the group and linked to a recent retaliatory shooting. Authorities allege both were involved in plans for imminent attacks on rival gang members.
Titus Augustine, also known as “Tyo” and “Red Man,” was ordered detained on August 12. He is identified as the leader of a gang operating in Bon Air Gardens and Tacarigua. He is accused of financing an operation involving the theft and dismantling of Toyota Aqua, Honda Vezel and Nissan Note vehicles.
Marvin Hewitt, also known as “Wizzy”, “Rass” and “Red Man,” and Joshua Corbin, also known as “Jman,” were also detained on August 12 over alleged involvement in the vehicle-theft operation.
Corbin is also identified as a shooter for the Resistance Gang.
Joshua Brian Campbell, also known as “Sniper,” was ordered detained on August 10. Authorities associate him with the Valencia faction of the Resistance Gang and identify him as a shooter.
He is linked to a recent homicide and alleged gang violence and firearms activity.
Kareem Joshua Wilson, also known as “Joshi” and “Legs,” is identified as a member of the ABG and KTA gangs.
Authorities allege he is a getaway driver and shooter linked to homicides, robberies, kidnapping, narcotics trafficking, firearms offences and vehicle theft.
Marquis Mc Clean, also known as “Bomber,” was ordered detained on June 30. He is identified as a KTA enforcer linked to planned and ongoing retaliatory attacks.
Malcolm Quintin, also known as “Khalid,” was placed under a PDO on April 4. Authorities identify him as a shooter and enforcer for the Rated R Gang and allege plans for coordinated shootings against rival gang members.
Darren Gumbs, also known as “O’Brien”, “Darwoo,” “Daren” and “Daewoo,” was also placed under a PDO on June 30.
Authorities identify him as the KTA leader and allege he was associated with targeted and retaliatory violence.
All 13 orders were issued under Regulation 14 of the Emergency Powers Regulations, 2026, based largely on confidential intelligence. The allegations have not been tested in court.
