Bethel Man critical after stabbing

A Bethel man is ward­ed in a crit­i­cal con­di­tion at the Scar­bor­ough Hos­pi­tal af­ter he was stabbed mul­ti­ple times yes­ter­day evening.

Po­lice told Guardian Me­dia that Ju­nior Noel al­so known as “Fishy” was at the Mt Pleas­ant Cred­it Union, Rise­land No 3 in Carn­bee, just af­ter 3 pm when a man known to him ap­proached him and at­tacked him.

Noel, 38, of Mont­gomery Road, Bethel was stabbed sev­er­al times in his head, face, neck and fore­arm with a knife.

He was first tak­en to the Shir­van Po­lice Sta­tion by a passer­by and soon af­ter trans­port­ed to the hos­pi­tal where he re­ceived emer­gency med­ical treat­ment for se­vere stab wound and heavy bleed­ing.
