Caribbean Air­lines says no con­firmed pas­sen­gers were dis­placed to ac­com­mo­date Gov­ern­ment of­fi­cials on do­mes­tic flights be­tween Trinidad and To­ba­go over the week­end.

In a re­lease is­sued to­day, the air­line ad­dressed what it de­scribed as mis­in­for­ma­tion cir­cu­lat­ing in the pub­lic do­main about the Ju­ly 19 and 20 air­bridge op­er­a­tions.

CAL con­firmed that all pas­sen­gers with con­firmed book­ings were ac­com­mo­dat­ed on their sched­uled flights and that sev­er­al stand­by pas­sen­gers al­so se­cured seats.

The air­line fur­ther re­vealed that there were 182 un­used seats on the air­bridge on Sat­ur­day, Ju­ly 19.
