To­ba­go po­lice are await­ing an au­top­sy on the body of a Cana­di­an na­tion­al who was found at Sang­ster’s Hill, Scar­bor­ough, yes­ter­day.

Po­lice told Guardian Me­dia that in­ves­ti­ga­tors found Sean Mar­lon Lala’s de­com­posed body in an apart­ment just af­ter mid­day at Durch Fort Street. A DMO pro­nounced him dead and or­dered his body re­moved to the Scar­brough Gen­er­al Hos­pi­tal Mor­tu­ary.

Se­nior Su­per­in­ten­dent Rod­hill Kirk said po­lice sus­pect no foul play at this time and pre­ferred not to say any­thing fur­ther with­out an au­top­sy re­port.

A post-mortem is ex­pect­ed to be con­duct­ed some time next week.
