Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing a rob­bery at DHL’s El So­cor­ro build­ing on Wednes­day night.

Po­lice say two men walked on­to the Chanka Trace com­pound around 10.30 pm and tied up the se­cu­ri­ty guard on du­ty.The men then walked be­hind the build­ing to the load­ing bay, where they or­dered four work­ers to lie on the ground. They then tied up those work­ers.

The ban­dits frisked the em­ploy­ees and stole their cell­phones and cash, then searched the load­ing bay for valu­ables to steal be­fore mak­ing their es­cape.

One of the work­ers man­aged to free him­self and called for help.
