A Venezue­lan mi­grant was one of two men killed in a dri­ve-by shoot­ing in St He­le­na yes­ter­day af­ter­noon.

One of the vic­tims was iden­ti­fied as Rishi Joseph, while the iden­ti­ty of the Venezue­lan na­tion­al had not been dis­closed up to press time.

Po­lice said around 4 pm, Joseph was seat­ed in his ve­hi­cle, while the oth­er man was stand­ing out­side when gun­men drove by and opened fire on them. Both died on the scene.

Homi­cide de­tec­tives from Re­gion III are in­ves­ti­gat­ing.
