Relatives of missing epileptic patient Marlon Beharry, 50, of Diego Martin are asking members of the public to help find him and return him safely to them.
Beharry of Temple Street, St Lucien Road was last seen at the St James Hospital where he was warded for a few hours because of an epilepsy seizure. It is believed that he was wearing a pair of black short pants and a black jersey.
Relatives told Guardian Media that Beharry was discharged from the hospital at about 6 pm on Saturday.
"It's not the first time that he had to go to the hospital for an epileptic seizure but they would never discharge him without putting him through observation. But we were told he was discharged and that he left," Beharry's sister Crystal Babwah said.
"We drove as far as Chaguaramas, St James, Diego Martin, Port of Spain and Petit Valley looking for him and he's nowhere to be found. He knows how to find his way home but he never got there," Babwah added.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the nearest police station or 800 TIPS or 555 or 999 or the Hunters Search and Rescue Team at 320 1167 or 457 4350.
