A man identified as Dylan Madhoo of Santa Rosa Heights, Arima, was ambushed and shot dead while in a vehicle in Malabar yesterday evening.
Police said Madhoo was in the front seat of a car along Malabar Road, near the Malabar South Community Centre, around 5.30 pm, when he was approached by gunmen.
Madhoo was shot multiple times. He died at the scene.
A woman was also in the vehicle at the time of the attack.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation.
