A 19-year-old man of Pond Street, La Romaine, has been charged with multiple motor vehicle-related offences following investigations conducted by officers across the Southern and South-Western Divisions.
The accused was charged in connection with several reports of larceny motor vehicle, attempted larceny motor vehicle, malicious damage, and possession of stolen vehicles. The incidents were investigated by officers from several districts.
In the Southern Division, charges arose from investigations by PC Kanhai, PC Celestine, PC Ramroop, and PC Burke, all involving reports of larceny or attempted larceny of Nissan AD Wagons. In the Mon Repos District, investigations by WPC Khamroodeen, PC Jogie, PC Williams, and PC Jagroop also resulted in charges relating to the theft or attempted theft of motor vehicles, including a Toyota Aqua and Nissan Tiida.
In the Gasparillo District, PC Ramsamooj investigated a report involving possession of a stolen silver Nissan Tiida. In the South-Western Division, PC Jaglal, PC Nelson, and PC Alexander investigated separate reports of stolen vehicles in Siparia and Fyzabad.
The accused is expected to appear before the San Fernando Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service continues targeted operations to address motor vehicle theft.
