Veteran attorney-at-law Kenneth Lalla was laid to rest yesterday following a funeral at his Valsayn home.
Lalla, a senior counsel who served as chairman of both the Police Service Commission and Public Service Commission, passed away at his home on Thursday morning at the age of 93.
He was awarded the Chaconia Medal (Gold) in 1998.
