Days after he was attacked by a friend’s four pit bulls, popular motorbike stuntman, Anthony Cox, also known as Mad Max, is thanking God for life.
In an 18-second video sent out from his hospital bed yesterday, Cox smiled and gave a thumbs-up. He also promised to be back out soon in the ‘park’ performing his motorbike stunts.
Close to midday Saturday, Cox went to Mt Pleasant in Arima to visit a friend. As he entered the yard, Cox was attacked by the dogs. His friend had to use a cutlass on the dogs to get them off of Cox.
Cox sustained serious bite wounds to his hands, legs and head. He remains in stable condition.
Police said the pit bulls were also badly injured and may be euthanised.
