SASCHA WIL­SON

A 38-year-old Pe­nal man was shot to death last night not far from his home.

The vic­tim has been iden­ti­fied as Curt Thomas, of Bou­caud Trace, Rock Road.

Of­fi­cers of the Bar­rack­pore Po­lice Sta­tion re­spond­ed to a re­port of loud ex­plo­sions around 9.45 pm and found Thomas ly­ing face up in the box drain along Bou­card Trace.

They ob­served wounds to the neck and left side of the up­per body.

A mo­tive is still to be as­cer­tained.

Of­fi­cers of the Homi­cide Bu­reau of In­ves­ti­ga­tions Re­gion 3 are in­ves­ti­gat­ing.
