A 24-year-old woman was raped by her ex-boyfriend on Fri­day morn­ing af­ter he threat­ened to harm her fa­ther.

Po­lice re­port­ed that the 38-year-old con­struc­tion work­er from Moo­nan Road, Waller­field, vis­it­ed the woman’s Cunu­pia apart­ment and asked to speak with her about end­ing their 10-month re­la­tion­ship.

Af­ter she re­fused, the man made a call and told the per­son on the oth­er end to harm the woman’s fa­ther. He then forced her to per­form sex­u­al acts on him and sub­se­quent­ly raped her be­fore leav­ing.

WPC Joseph, as­signed to the Cunu­pia Po­lice Sta­tion, is con­tin­u­ing in­ves­ti­ga­tions.
