Police are advising motorists that floodwaters have now receded from the carriageway with approximately less than a 2-inch depth still pooled on the left lane only.
According to this press release, currently, all lanes are passable by all classes of vehicles.
Drivers are reminded to still proceed with caution through the area and be courteous to other motorists and that continuous lane changing by vehicles negatively impacts the free flow of vehicular traffic.
