Two men were ar­rest­ed, and of­fi­cers of the West­ern Di­vi­sion seized a firearm and quan­ti­ty of am­mu­ni­tion dur­ing an an­ti-crime ex­er­cise in Diego Mar­tin this morn­ing. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice re­ports, of­fi­cers of the West­ern Di­vi­sion Task Force were on mo­bile pa­trol at Uni­ty Road, Rich Plain, Diego Mar­tin, around 12:45 am, on May 27th, when they had cause to stop and search two male sus­pects. The search re­sult­ed in of­fi­cers find­ing one Glock 26 pis­tol along with 31 rounds of am­mu­ni­tion. The sus­pects, of Diego Mar­tin and Laven­tille, were ar­rest­ed in con­nec­tion with the finds. In­ves­ti­ga­tions are on­go­ing.
