Eliz­a­beth Gon­za­les 

A Venezue­lan na­tion­al was ar­rest­ed with a pis­tol af­ter he al­leged­ly fired gun­shots at Store Bay Beach Fa­cil­i­ty around 10 am to­day.

Po­lice said they saw a man run­ning along Store Bay Lo­cal Road when they ar­rived. They fol­lowed him to Mer­chant­man Av­enue, where they got more in­for­ma­tion. The man then ran back to­ward Store Bay Beach Fa­cil­i­ty, where of­fi­cers held him.

A search re­vealed one pis­tol, but no am­mu­ni­tion.

The man, who spoke Span­ish, iden­ti­fied him­self as Roger Alexan­der. How­ev­er, po­lice be­lieve he may have giv­en them a false name.
