Nicholas Dil­lon scored a hat-trick as Na­pari­ma Col­lege crushed Ch­agua­nas North 8-0 to main­tain its top po­si­tion in the pre­mier di­vi­sion of the BGTT/First Cit­i­zens Sec­ondary Schools Foot­ball League (SS­FL), at Ch­agua­nas, yes­ter­day.Dil­lon was on tar­get in the 20th, 48th and 64th minute as "Naps" kept its one point ad­van­tage at the top of the stand­ings af­ter ten rounds of ac­tion. Ch­agua­nas was still in with a chance at half­time, as Na­pari­ma led 2-0 be­hind Dil­lon's first goal and Jabari Mitchell's item in the 30th minute.

How­ev­er, Ch­agua­nas fell apart in the sec­ond half con­ced­ing six goals. Je­re­mi­ah Kazar and Isa­iah Hud­son were al­so among the scor­ers.It was rain­ing goals in West­moor­ings, as home team St An­tho­ny's thumped north ri­vals Fa­ti­ma 6-1. Na­tion­al youth play­er Matthew Woo Ling struck a sec­ond half hat-trick (60th, 71st, 90th +2) as the "Tigers" held on to sec­ond place in the stand­ings. Al­so find­ing the back of the net for St An­tho­ny's were Kwe­si Allen (32nd), An­drew Rul­low (63rd) and Ra­heem Bor­de (75th).Al­so record­ing vic­to­ries yes­ter­day were Pre­sen­ta­tion Col­lege (San Fer­nan­do), San Juan North, Shi­va Boys and Cara­pichaima East. The on­ly draw on the day was a 1-1 fin­ish be­tween Trin­i­ty East and St Au­gus­tine.
