Bandits broke into an apartment complex in Belmont and made off with several pieces of household furniture including beds and couches, as the owner was away for two weeks.
The victim who lives at Sunrise Park, Trincity told police she locked the house at Davis Street, Belmont, on June 11 and went away.
Upon her return on June 25, the woman found two apartments broken into – and a quantity of items missing including four queen size beds and mattresses; one bedside table; two love seats; and two single couches.
The intruders gained entry by breaking the front windows in each apartment and exited via the back-doors of both.
