Tobago and Barbados have joined together to promote the direct Condor flights from Germany for the 2025/2026 winter season — a move expected to secure early bookings and boost tourist arrivals to both islands.
TTAL and the Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc (BTMI) hosted a joint three-city roadshow in Germany from June 10 to 12, with stops in Berlin, Munich, and Frankfurt.
The goal was to promote both destinations and encourage early bookings for the weekly Condor flight, which will now serve both Tobago and Barbados.
“This is a major move for Tobago,” TTAL said, adding, “We’re showing the world what makes us truly beyond ordinary.”
More than 200 German travel agents, tour operators, and media professionals attended the roadshow. TTAL showcased Tobago’s eco-adventures, calm beaches, and cultural experiences.
Local hoteliers also joined the trip, including Tropikist Beach and Hotel Resort, Bacolet Beach Club, HADCO Experiences, and Blue Waters Inn. They offered direct insights into Tobago’s accommodation and activities.
TTAL says the return of the Condor flight marks a key step in strengthening Tobago’s presence in the European market and building stronger ties with regional partners.
