The Ministry of Social Development and Family Services is giving assurances that everything is being done to get Christmas Food Cards to its clients as soon as possible.

The Ministry says in a release that it received several calls from Members of Parliament, relating to the delivery and use of the cards for 2023.  It says it has been working closely with the card provider, First Citizens Bank Limited, to find a solution quickly.

“First Citizens Bank Limited, the Card Provider, has been notified of several challenges being experienced and is currently testing solutions to ensure full access is afforded to cardholders throughout Trinidad and Tobago,” the Ministry reports.
