The re­sults of the Sec­ondary En­trance Ex­am­i­na­tions are out to­day for the 19,344 stu­dents who wrote the ex­ams on Au­gust 20th.

For the col­lec­tion of re­sults, the Min­istry of Ed­u­ca­tion has set out clear guide­lines in keep­ing with COVID-19 health pro­to­cols.

It said that prin­ci­pals will arrange spe­cif­ic pe­ri­ods of time for col­lec­tion of re­sults, be­gin­ning from 10 am.

It al­so ad­vised that con­gre­gat­ing in groups on or out­side the school com­pound will not be al­lowed. In ad­di­tion, on­ly one par­ent/guardian will be per­mit­ted on­to the school com­pound with the child to col­lect re­sults; they must leave im­me­di­ate­ly.

At 1:30 pm to­day, Ed­u­ca­tion Min­is­ter Dr Nyan Gads­by-Dol­ly will host a news con­fer­ence to ad­dress the Sec­ondary En­trance As­sess­ment (SEA) 2020 ex­am re­sults.

It is ex­pect­ed that she will re­veal the top three stu­dents emerg­ing from this year’s ex­am.

Stu­dents are ex­pect­ed to be placed in their re­spec­tive schools and class­es by mid-Oc­to­ber.
