Beet Ba­nana Boost Smooth­ie Recipe

In­gre­di­ents

1 small beet­root or 1/2 medi­um beet­root

1 Ba­nana

1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries

1/4 cup wa­ter

1/2 cup Ice

Op­tion­al Touch of hon­ey or brown sug­ar to sweet­en

Di­rec­tions

1) Wash and peel the beet­root and cut in­to 1inch piece.

2) Peel and chop the ba­nana in­to small slices.

3) Add all of the in­gre­di­ents to your blender and com­bine un­til smooth.
